Orchestra timetable 2024
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORCHESTRAL CONCERTS START at 7.30pm
Entrance on concert nights by Rear Stage Door to dressing rooms.
Dress code for all concerts is all black ie black shirts for men ~ no jacket
LUNCHES are served at Methodist Church Hall opposite Regal Theatre (Please note: No lunch provided on Sunday)
Unless you have advised in advance that you are vegetarian or have other dietary needs, please do not choose the vegetarian option at lunch-time.
Please use the Queen’s Head, Holloway St. Minehead as the Festival Club during the week. They are opening all week especially for us!!
Sunday 21st July Tea/Coffee & Biscuits available in Regal Bar 1.00pm
Rehearsals at the REGAL THEATRE 2.00 – 5.00 and 6.30 – 9.30.
Meal in Methodist Church Hall 5.00pm.
Monday 22nd July Rehearsal at the REGAL THEATRE 10.30 – 1.30.
Lunch 1.30. Afternoon free.
Performance at the Regal Theatre 7.30pm
Tuesday 23rd July Rehearsals at the REGAL THEATRE 10.30 – 1.30 and 6.30 – 9.30.

Wednesday 24th July Rehearsal at the REGAL THEATRE 10.30 – 1.30
Lunch 1.30. Afternoon free.
Performance at the Regal Theatre 7.30 pm
Thursday 25th July Day free for orchestra, unless you’re involved in the 4pm Chamber Concert for some wind players only.
Wind rehearsals at the METHODIST CHURCH, times to be confirmed.
Performance at the Methodist Church 4.00 pm
Friday 26th July Rehearsals at the REGAL THEATRE 10.30 – 1.30 and 2.30 – 5.30.
Lunch 1.30. Evening free.
Saturday 27th July Rehearsal 10.30 – 1.30 at the REGAL THEATRE.
Lunch 1.30. Afternoon free
Performance at the Regal Theatre 7.30pm.
After the Saturday night concert a “last night party buffet” will be organised in The Queen’s Head, where all the orchestra and the festival committee members past and present join to talk about the highlights of the week, drink a few final ciders and say their “goodbyes”.
